For this international award-winning restaurant and pop lounge nestled into the Medieval walls of the Dubrovnik Old Town, the Kaliterna design team wanted to introduce a rich and exotic colour palette to the famous sparkle of the white limestone. The client desired a mix of Russian opulence and French chic, elevated by funky and cleanly modern furnishings. 

The finished space delivers: the interior is as stylish as the guests who come to Gil’s to dine and dance. This is world-class fusion design for a fusion restaurant. The beauty of the interior is rivalled only by the stunning terrace views looking out over Dubrovnik’s ancient harbour. And don’t be surprised if you dine near some famous person such as Bill Gates or Beyonce.
