Interior design and furnishing of this spacious family home took two years after which this mansion was completely revamped into a tastefully decorated space that exudes sophisticated elegance.

In the words of the architect , in spite the impressive square footage, he sought to get more microambients, allowing each floor of the house to have a separate function.
The ground floor , which is also the largest , was made into a cleverly connected, space easy to “flow” through : a large hall with the library leads into the living room from which, thanks to the large glass walls, opens an incredible view of the city.

The classic Chesterfield sofa of the sitting area lend strength and masculinity to the open plan dining and lounge area, counterbalanced by sculptural Italian furnishings in bright beige tones.

The living room is connected to the dining room and kitchen, thereby a required fluidity of space is achieved, as this is the space in which the family resides the most. An entire property is decorated in soft beige and brown hues which in combination with the warmth of american oak are transforming the house into serene and relaxing space. Extravagant details that appear in black or purple colours are occasionally breaking the neutral shades and they come in the form of decorative lamps, dominant fireplace, chaise lounge and armchairs.

Villa MM was designed to be the perfect space for entertaining, so as a special attraction, the house has a cinema and party room which can be transformed into a nightclub, with appropriate lighting and a bar. Colors and materials are gold and black with leather paneled ceilings and columns. All this makes the space evoke the decadent 70s.
